600gr salmon|scallops|shrimp |600gr champinions |1 leek |150gr cream |2 eggs |
Cook over low heat the seafood and salmon pieces - about 5 minutes. Slice one leek and add it on top.
In another pan cook for a couple of minutes the champinions. Remove the water left by mushrooms and add them to the fish mixture.
Combine all together, pouring the cream mixted with eggs. Taste for seasoning, sprinkle on some cheese and bake at 160C for 20-30 minutes.
